Terms & Conditions of Use for the TKP288 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with tkp288.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a user to access tkp288's services.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds (in MYR) available in a member's account at any given time, including real money and bonus credits.

• "Rollover" or "Turnover" — refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before a withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

• Bets suspected of involving match fixing will be voided immediately and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All tkp288 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and in good faith while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software (bots), scanning tools, or any technology to exploit the tkp288 system.
• Using rude, threatening, or abusive language toward customer support staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about tkp288 on any public platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of false identity documents or unauthorised payment card information.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for unauthorised gain.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or receiving payment as a betting intermediary.

Tkp288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the tkp288 customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days once all rollover requirements have been met.

Tkp288 takes the privacy and protection of our members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is conducted in accordance with Privacy Policy our separate policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Stage: Internal resolution through tkp288's support team and management within 14 business days.
• Second Level: Resolution through mediation by a mutually agreed neutral party.
• Third Tier: Resolution through arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
